Cahill has over 20 years of experience in information governance and records management as both a consultant providing strategic counsel to clients, and as a practitioner who has designed and implemented compliant information governance, records and risk management programs for large law firms and global corporations.
His career has spanned a variety of information roles including; Director of Records, Conflicts, and New Business Intake for large law firms, Global Records Manager for leading corporations, Senior Process Consultant for software & technology firms, and as a Management Consultant working with more than 60 Am Law 200 law firms (including 20 of the Top Global 100 Law Firms and Global Swiss Verein Firms).
Cahill continues to share his knowledge through service and has held the positions of President, Region Coordinator, CRM Exam Grader/Mentor, International Awards Committee Member, and Director with ARMA and AIIM and has presented at ARMA, ILTA, ALA, AIIM, AMA and other events.
Over his career he has successfully designed and implemented over 50 information management programs and a dozen intake and conflicts systems. In total, the programs he has designed & implemented have realized over $8 million in savings to the firms he has worked with.
